Having a nice visit back home again to Texas and driving lots of miles and miles and miles to find the best wildflower scenery. This was taken south of San Antonio, close to Poteet. Poteet's strawberry festival will be in full swing the 2nd weekend in April which is a lot of fun! Be sure to eat a bite from the Cooling Station Grill on Rte. 16... little yellow building with gorditas and burgers to die for and lemonade that is just right. Another good spot over there is the Poteet Country Winery at 400 Tank Hollow Rd. Just giving you info. as my friends and I found it by accident and none of us drink.
